Return Policy and Warranty: All deposits and advance payments are non-refundable and all gowns are non-returnable. We do guarantee workmanship for six months. We are happy to make all necessary modifications and alterations at the first fitting without charge. However, we will charge a moderate fee for all alterations requested after the gown has been delivered to a client at the final fitting.
